Etsuko Furuya is a Japanese textile designer who is widely known and loved by the international quilting community. Her signature bright, multi-dimensional prints, some of which are modern day interpretations of vintage kimono patterns, feature a whimsical array of plants and animals, as well as off-beat graphics of our modern-day world that we find delightful and unique. We also love the Japanese cotton and linen blend she uses for its particularly beautiful hand. In short, we are huge fans.
